within the USA
STANDARD SHIPPING
We
ship most orders by Priority Mail from our Oregon
location. This service generally takes 2 - 3 business
days for delivery depending on destination. In busy times of the year,
especially the Christmas Holiday Season, delivery can take
longer.
We ship orders to
Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's and U.S. Territories by
Priority Mail. Additional charges may apply based on
the rates of the US Post Office.
Oversized boxes may require shipment
by Parcel Post with a slower delivery time. These
shipments may be upgraded to Priority Mail or Express which
will required additional charges. Please email or call
us for specific rates.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
We do not ship by FedEx or UPS.
No overnight shipping is available. For guaranteed 2nd
Day Air, we ship by US Express Mail.
EXPRESS MAIL
We also ship upon request by US
Express Mail. This shipping option has a guaranteed
2-day delivery commitment from our shipping location. Express Mail also includes
insurance and package tracking. Email

International Shipping
We are a USA-based company.
We do ship to many countries throughout the world through
the Postal System. Please email us for specific shipping
costs. The customer is responsible for customs duties
assessed on the shipment. We are not responsible for the
inadvertent loss of the package by either postal service.

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL
Our shopping cart rates for
international destinations is for International Priority
Mail. Delivery takes 6 - 10 business days.
Insurance is available per request and incurs an additional
charge.
GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL
Delivery takes 3 - 6 business days.

Return
Policy
We accept
returns within 15 days of delivery as long as the item has
not been used or damaged. The purchase price of the item
will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.
